I just wanted to share my experience with you. I arrived there Saturday night, Labor Day weekend of course, without a reservation at your motel. I had a reservation at a 'name' branch chain; however, after checking in with my 2 teenage grandchildren, the room was 'nasty' to say the least. The most serious issues was the mold in the bathroom ceiling that was actually falling and the location of where the room was. It was on the ground floor, one step into the parking lot, not the best atmosphere. Even though it was 5:30 PM on Labor Day Saturday night, we could not stay there. I went to the front desk, of course they didn't have any other rooms, so, I got a refund, (that would take 4 days to reimburse) and left. Fortunately my grandson is hyper, for 3 hours he ran in and out of motels/hotels to see if they had availabilities, that we could afford. Well, thank the Lord, we came to Sea Dip, the man and woman working said they had one room left. I asked if I could see it, wanted to make sure it wasn't like the other place. I told them of my experience and he kindly took me to the room. We were excited, it was PERFECT for us, 3 double beds, mini kitchen!!!!! Perfect! I said, SOLD!!!!! I also was shocked about the price, it was less than the 'name' brand hotel and had so much more to offer, and, in a better section of the beach. I know I am rambling, please cut and paste whichever parts of this you would like to share with anyone that looks at your website. Our family will DEFINATELY be coming back to stay with you! When checking out I was told that you have a ocean front suite just like the one we stayed in, so, next time I will make reservations and have the oceanfront. For this weekend, no ocean front wouldn't have compared with our stay there. Thank you all!!!!!!!
